After a buffet breakfast, we take you on a tour of the Great Wall of China. This 3,946 mile long wall is a symbol of China's ancient civilization and ranks among the greatest ancient monuments in history. Next, we walk through the 'Sacred Way'. to see the Imperial Ming Tombs, the mausoleums of 13 emperors. See the Underground Palace and enjoy the rustic setting of the Tombs. After a buffet breakfast, we take you on a panoramic city tour of Beijing conducted by an English speaking guide. Visit the Temple of Heaven. The highlight of this tour is the blue tileroofed Hall of Prayer. See Tian'anmen Square, the largest square in the world. Visit the Forbidden City, an awesome 250-acre complex of palaces, pavilions and gardens. We continue our tour to Summer Palace and its immense gardens, where the imperial court resided during summer. After a buffet breakfast. we begin the day with a full day tour of Xi 'an. See the Terracotta Warriors, the tomb of the first Emperor of China. See more than 6000 molded soldiers. officers. horses and wagons of this famed army. Later-on we visit the HuaQing Hot Springs situated at the foot of li Mountain. For over 1000 years, these springs have maintained a pleasant 43°C temperature. Later. we visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda built in 652 AD. We also visit the City Wall of Xi'an. built during the Tang dynaso Overnight stay at the hotel.
After a buffet breakfast, the morning is free. Later we drive to the airport for your flight to Guilin. Guilin is a city famous for its beautiful scenery and historical culture. After you have checked into your hotel, the day is free for shopping. Guilin is one of the best cities to shop for Chinese souvenirs, gems and other traditional bamboo & wood carvings. After a buffet breakfast. we proceed on a half day tour of the Li River. As you sail through the river. See the beautiful countryside with bamboo forests, dense reed-beds, and incredible bizarre rock formations. The journey continues past Bat Hill, Crown Cave. Wangfu Rock, Painted Cliff and Brush Rock. A true wonderful experience. We disembark from the cruise and drive to Yangshuo. Here you have time to shop for souvenirs, good quality clothing, delicate & colourfully painted fans and many other variery of gifts. Later, we visit the Reed Flute Cave. This fascinating cave goes 790 ft deep into the mountain and is filled with stalactites and stalagmites. The cave is lit-up with strategically placed coloured lights. to provide a true breathtaking effect. We also visit Fubo Hill. a popular tourist attraction for 1,000 years. After breakfast. we drive to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. On arrival. check into the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, we take you on a full day tour of Shanghai. Visit Nanjing Road and the Bund Area, where you can shop for souvenirs. See the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Visit Yu Yuan Garden, a traditional Chinese park with beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes and bridges. See the famous Jade Buddha Temple. Built in 1882, the temple has two jade statues of the Sakyamuni Buddha and houses various ancient sculptures, rare paintings & Buddhist scriptures. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast. the morning is free to relax or do some last minute shopping. We check out of the hotel by 12 noon. Later, we drive to the airport for your flight back home. We hope you take back happy memories.
